Bill Bower serves as the Healthcare Vertical Leader responsible for driving growth, developing solutions, and demonstrating results for Gallagher Bassett's Healthcare clients.

Bill previously led the Healthcare Practice within Gallagher Bassett’s Specialty unit, where he supported significant program wins and superior claims outcomes across many prominent Healthcare clients.

Earlier in his career, Bill held leadership roles in risk management for Northwestern Memorial Healthcare Corporation and as the designated claims officer for CNA’s Healthpro Claims organization. He also served as a trial attorney for Johnson & Bell, where he was focused on defense of medical malpractice and additional liability matters.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, Communications from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
