Bryan Bollendorf works with insurance carriers and industry partners to identify opportunities that drive growth, manage costs, and deliver better outcomes.

As VP — Business Development within the Carrier Practice team, Bryan draws on more than 20 years of experience across insurance, managed care, pharmacy benefit management, ancillary services, and workers’ compensation cost containment.

Starting his journey earning degrees from Northern Illinois University and Illinois State University, Bryan has since held leadership roles in national sales, account management, business development, and client relationship management.

His experience across both large enterprises and growth-stage organizations gives him a broad perspective on developing strategic relationships, building new business, and delivering solutions for carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. He has also led initiatives involving client onboarding, provider development, and long-term account growth, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the needs and challenges facing the insurance market.
