Charles Lamberta is dedicated to delivering consistent, high quality claims service, and ensuring client satisfaction through outcome-driven claims handling.

Charles previously worked within GB Specialty, a division of Gallagher Bassett that supports clients with claims of significant severity and complexity.

He joined GB in 2019 as the Director of Healthcare progressing to EVP — Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw the specific industry operations of healthcare, executive and professional liability, product liability, cyber, transportation, and construction. With over 30 years industry experience, Charles has served in several leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, Chief Claims Officer for Houston International Insurance Group and Senior Vice President, Casualty Claims at Chubb, among other roles. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and Finance from Hofstra University.
