Irina Simpson brings more than 17 years of risk management, claims management, and insurance industry experience to Gallagher Bassett.

Previously, Irina held positions of increased responsibility in third-party administration (TPA), involving national, multi-line claims and client service leadership; oversight of strategic and ancillary partnerships; managed care; business operations; regulatory compliance; data analytics; carrier services; and product development. Most recently she served as senior vice president and chief claims officer at PMA Companies.

Over her career, Irina has been recognized for strategic planning and operational excellence with a proven ability to drive engagement, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Irina earned a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Temple University. She holds a certificate in the Institutes Executive Education Program from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and a Certified Professional Disability Management (CPDM) designation.
