As Managing Director of our Carrier Practice, Joe is responsible for leading the growth and management of one of Gallagher Bassett’s key strategic business segments. His experience in building successful client partnerships and the industry-leading performance of our insurance carrier portfolios has made him a trusted industry veteran with a career that spans 37 years. Joe was one of the principal architects of our Carrier Practice initiative 10 years ago and enjoys working collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop outcomes that exceed performance goals.
Prior to Gallagher Bassett, Joe held various management positions at GAB Robins including National Account Executive and VP, Director of Corp. Account Management after starting his insurance career with Metropolitan P&L.
Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and has completed GB’s Executive Leadership Program with the Harvard Business School. He holds the designation of Senior Claim Law Associate from the American Educational Institute along with designations in Fraud, Casualty, and WC Claims Law. He also holds the Associate in Claims designation.
