Claims Operations Leader — Workers’ Compensation

Kathy is responsible for the oversight of three carrier branches, ensuring successful management through proper staffing, team alignment and quality performance metrics.

Kathy also leads the development of  Carrier practices, procedures, and support mechanisms to achieve branch health.
 
With over 30 years of industry experience, Kathy has served in several positions at Gallagher Bassett since joining in 1995, including Resolution Manager, Claim Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager. In her previous role, she oversaw all aspects of claim operations for carrier auto liability branch. She built operational support and outlined processes and procedures for branch success. Kathy has also worked on numerous projects for centralized carrier support and carrier technical performance.
