The Workers’ Compensation Institute (WCI) is a valued non-profit organization delivering world-class educational sessions at its highly anticipated annual conference. The 2023 conference certainly exceeded all expectations, offering unmatched programming and the ability to give back to both our industry and our community.
At Gallagher Bassett (GB), we recognize the immense value of educational seminars in fostering industry growth and facilitating the exchange of valuable insights. The WCI Conference serves as a unique platform where industry professionals come together to explore cutting-edge trends, innovative strategies, and best practices. We are proud to have had the privilege of contributing to five educational seminar panels at this prestigious event.
Through these panels, our seasoned experts had the opportunity to share their wealth of knowledge and insights, enriching the conference with practical and forward-thinking strategies for success. These seminars not only offered attendees the chance to gain fresh insights into the complex world of workers’ compensation but also provided a forum for collaborative discussions and idea sharing, including:

Give Kids the World Day
WCI’s 2023 Give Kids the World Village (GKTW) initiatives added a special dimension to the conference. This year marked the 10th anniversary of WCI’s unwavering support for GKTW, a nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides critically ill children and their families with magical wish vacations.
At GB, we are proud to have participated in the Giving Day in support of the GKTW charity cause. This opportunity allowed us to give back to the community while connecting with fellow workers’ compensation and insurance professionals. Being part of such a worthy cause and witnessing the collective industry effort was immensely rewarding, and we eagerly look forward to continuing our commitment to making a positive impact on both our industry and the community in the future.
In contributing to the array of educational seminars, we aimed to empower collective industry knowledge while fostering a spirit of collaboration and innovation. We are proud to have played a role in making the 2023 WCI Conference a valuable learning experience for all attendees and to support a worthy cause.
