“We are excited to have Joe lead the growth and management of this strategic business segment at Gallagher Bassett,” said Michael Hessling, CEO, GB North America. Joe was one of the principal architects of our Carrier Practice and has been intimately involved in the expansion and success we have experienced over the past seven years.”

“I’m thrilled about the opportunity to take our Carrier Practice to the next level of success,” Berrios said, “When we began our efforts nearly a decade ago at GB, we knew we had developed something special that would help our carrier partners deliver superior outcomes to their policyholders.
