To ensure our organization is best positioned to evolve with the needs of the carrier marketplace, we are delighted to share the appointment of Joe Berrios as Managing Director, Carrier Practice, effective immediately.

“We are excited to have Joe lead the growth and management of this strategic business segment at Gallagher Bassett,” said Michael Hessling, CEO, GB North America. Hessling added, “Joe’s experience building successful client partnerships and industry-leading performance of our insurance carrier portfolios uniquely qualify him for leading this strategic business segment for GB. Joe was one of the principal architects of our Carrier Practice and has been intimately involved in the expansion and success we have experienced over the past seven years.”

“I’m thrilled about the opportunity to take our Carrier Practice to the next level of success,” Berrios said, “When we began our efforts nearly a decade ago at GB, we knew we had developed something special that would help our carrier partners deliver superior outcomes to their policyholders. I look forward to what this team will continue to build together as the industry leader in carrier partnered models.”
